A family has been thrown into a state of mourning after their son, Chisom Eze, allegedly killed his elder brother only identified as Henry.

The unfortunate incident happened at their residence at Alaba a town in Lagos State in south-western Nigeria.

Family sources have it that, the junior sibling had bought a bottle of coke and put it in the fridge. He subsequently went out.

Upon arrival, he found out his elder brother had drunk his bottle of coke and flared up immediately.

A fight ensued and Chisom Eze stabbed his brother on the neck with a sharp knife in the presence of their elder sister who rushed out to call for help.

The victim bled profusely and died before he could be taken to the hospital for medical attention.

Angry eyewitnesses tied up Chisom to prevent his absondence. The police were latee called in to arrest him.

An 86 year-old former boss of the Imo Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), Mr. T.C. Okere has allegedly stabbed his wife of several decades to death.

His 77 year old deceased wife was a retiree of the Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo. The unfortunate incident happened this morning in Ngor Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State.

The Imo State Police Public Relations Officer, Orlando Ikeokwu confirmed the incident has been reported to the police. He added that the information at hand remains sketchy.

The police he further stated will soon commence investigations into the unfortunate incident to unravel the circumstance leading to the death of the woman.

Family sources however point to an unintended murder since the man was suffering from dementia as a result of his advanced age. According to them, he did not know that he has killed his wife.

A woman has landed at the intensive care of a hospital after she was stabbed multiple times by her husband.

He absconded with their first child after stabbing his wife, Tosin, multiple times at Jankara-ijaiye, in Alagbado area of Lagos State.

Her husband who was identified as Toheeb Badmus stabbed her after she admitted taking money from some male friends as a gift for her new baby.

A sister of the victim narrated that the woman told her husband that some two male friends gave her money for their unavailability at their baby’s naming ceremony.

Toheeb Badmus tool offence by his wife’s action and accused her of flirting with the men. It culminated into an argument and Tosin left the house.

She returned two days later to mend her fractured marriage, but her husband engaged in an argument with her once more.

This time around it was so extreme that her husband flared up. He angrily broke a glass object and stabbed his wife three times.

The man picked his first son and took to his heels after committing the heinous crime. His wife was saved their neighbours who heard her wailing.

A case was reported to the police and there is a manhunt for Toheeb Badmus for him to be arrested and arraigned before a law court to be prosecuted.

A Teenage wife has allegedly killed her newly wedded husband after he approached her with $3x. The 17-year-old claimed she didn’t know intimacy was a marriage obligation.

Salma Hassan, a resident of Itas-Gadau in Bauchi State, told the press that she thought her husband was trying to defile her.

Shae said when her husband approached her for intimacy, 11-days after their marriage, she refused because she though it was a wrong act. The husband forced himself on her resulting in her stabbing him, she added.

The murder weapon, a knife, was recovered by the police with blood stains on it when Salma was arrested for culpable homicide.

She said; “We were married. We loved each other.

“I never knew that sex is a marital obligation. On that fateful night when he approached me for sex, I refused him because I have never been involved in it. I thought he wanted to defile me.

“He later got angry and was trying to force himself on me with slaps and beating, then I picked up a knife to scare him away but he kept coming. I didn’t know when I stabbed him with the knife in his chest.

“I have already given my statement. I’m in great suffering. I’m in great bitterness. I don’t know what will happen to me now. But I wouldn’t have done what I did if I knew better.”

A budding Nollywood actor has been arrested for stabbing a neighbour to death over electricity bill.

It was gathered that the incident happened on at their home located at No. 4, Sebil Kazeem, Cele-Igbe, Ikotun, Lagos.

Narrating how it all started, Banjo Lateef, a fellow neighbor explained that as the one in charge of electricity bills, he contacted the actor, Temitayo Philips, to pay his due.

The actor was not willing to pay so other co-tenants suggested his flat should be disconnected. He went to ask for the money again.

This time the actor flared up and the two ended up fighting. The tenants managed to send the actor to the police station where he signed a bond to pay.

Upon arrival home he picked a knife to stab the man he fought with. Banjo Lateef dodged his aggression and the knife stabbed another co-tenant.

The actor’s victim was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Temitayo Philips fled to a nearby hotel but was apprehended by a crowd of angry youth.

He was later handed to the police who have began investigations to the unfortunate incident. The actor will be arraigned before a law court soon.
